Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MORDARO website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the services with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site or products for unlawful purposes, interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site, or violate intellectual-property rights.

Products and Made-to-Order Production

Many MORDARO products are produced after an order is placed. Product colors and print placement may vary slightly because of screens, garment construction, and the production process. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but cannot guarantee that every device displays color identically. Size information is based on garment measurements; customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before ordering.

Orders, Prices, and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown during checkout. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, prohibited destinations, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping, Risk, and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can occur because of carriers, weather, address problems, peak demand, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and promptly review tracking updates.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because products are made to order, change-of-mind and size-selection returns are generally not accepted except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

The MORDARO name and logos, site presentation, and materials displayed through the services may be protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. Product designs and third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping. Protected material may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

Third-Party Services

Our store uses Shopify and may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or conduct. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MORDARO and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MORDARO against claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the services or material violation of these Terms.

Changes, Severability, and Governing Law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
