MORDARO currently ships to valid addresses in the United States.

Processing Time

Our apparel is made to order. Orders are normally produced and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (up to 48 hours), excluding weekends and carrier holidays. During high-volume periods or if an order requires review, processing may take longer. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

United States Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 for merchandise subtotals below $65.00.
• Free Shipping: available when the merchandise subtotal is $65.00 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Available options and the final charge are displayed at checkout. We may change rates prospectively, but the rate confirmed on an existing order will not change.

Delivery Estimates and Tracking

Most U.S. orders arrive approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information is emailed when available. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to update.

Addresses, Delays, and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect; once production or shipment begins, changes might not be possible. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Then contact us within 14 days of the delivery scan. If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery window so we can investigate with the carrier.
