MORDARO currently ships to valid addresses in the United States.

Processing

Orders are normally produced and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days, up to approximately 48 hours, excluding weekends and carrier holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Rates

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 for merchandise subtotals below $65.00.
• Free Shipping: available when the merchandise subtotal is $65.00 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Delivery estimates

Most U.S. orders arrive approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when available. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to update.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Then contact us within 14 days of the delivery scan. If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery window.
